| We made it safe and sound in England! It feels just right to be at home with the Mounts in the UK. Sitting down at dinner tonight (afternoon for my USA friends). Benjamin was so excited to see and play with Grandad and Nan. We are tired and it was a long flight (there was not much sleep to be had by us) - but we are here and enjoying some much needed rest!!! | We leave for Chicago in about 2 hours! My house is not as clean as I would like it, but at this point, I don't care - I just can't wait to get to England! Our flight leaves around 4:00 pm - I am so pumped - this is a long awaited for trip for us - Peter has not been back in 5 years! Anyways, the in-laws have the internet, so you'll still see me online - I can't wait! This has been a hard week just getting ready to go- and Peter was at men's camp all weekend, so it was kinda lonely albeit busy trying to get ready to go! I never like it when he is gone on Sundays (or really ever for that matter) - it never feels completely right - but such is life! It was a nice reminder that I miss him when he's gone! Okay, enough rambling! Next, i'll write from the other side of the pond! |
